Medtronic Support staff assist Dr Pillay with technical support, in hospital and in the consulting rooms, in the management of patients with a Medtronic Sacral Neuromodualtion implant. This support can include device programming, and testing. They do not provide clinical care, clinical advise or clinical decision making, which is provided by Dr Pillay.
